How to place orders?
- Tell us the models, quantity, flavors, and other requirements, then we will send the price quote to you.
- The Proforma Invoice (PI) will be sent to you after you confirm the order details.

How about the after-sales service?
- The e-cigarette products carry a 12-month warranty after shipment, excluding human damage factors.
- All products are strictly checked before packaging to ensure a defective rate of less than 1%.
- In case any defects occur during transportation or through improper use, we will send replacements with your next order. If the defective rate exceeds 1%, all defective products should be returned for replacements.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the seller is responsible for shipping the replacement units.

What's your lead time?
Generally speaking, our regular standard products will require 15-20 days, and slightly longer for customized items. However, we are very flexible with our lead times depending on the specific order details. For items in stock, shipment will be processed within 2 business days.
