After-Sales Service

Disposable vape pens have a 6-month warranty after shipment, except for human factors.
All products are strictly checked before packing to ensure the defective rate is less than 0.5%.
In case of defects occurring during transportation or due to improper use, we will send replacements in your next order. If the defect rate is over 0.5%, all defective products should be returned for replacement.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the seller is responsible for shipping the replacements.
