All products are strictly checked before packaging, ensuring the defective rate is less than 1%.

Q: What is the process for mass orders?

We will send you die-cut files so your designer can design your packaging. We will send you packaging samples before mass production.
Payment terms: 40% deposit + 60% balance before shipping.
Production time: 15 working days after receiving the deposit and confirming all customized design files.

Flavors: Choose from our flavor list or request custom flavors. We partner with top-tier certified manufacturers in China to source fresh e-juice after order confirmation for pure flavor.
Vape Sticks: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM is 2,000 pcs per flavor, with matching colors for each flavor.

Q: Can I fill the devices with my own e-liquid?

Yes, we offer two solutions:

Solution 1 (Fill in China): Ship your e-juice to our factory. We will verify customs regulations, import feasibility, duties, and certificates first.
Solution 2 (Fill locally): We ship empty devices to you. We provide support for assembly steps, quality testing, and help troubleshoot production assembly challenges.

Q: How are the goods packaged and shipped?

Unit Packaging: Candy bags to prevent leakage, individual boxes, and display boxes sealed with heat shrink film for moisture protection.
Outer Packaging: 5-layer corrugated boxes for robust protection. For humid destinations, PE bags wrap the interior, or the outer carton is shrink-wrapped.
Shipping Labels: Each carton is labeled with at least two orientation instructions. For large orders, free pallet shipping is provided to simplify unloading.

Q: Do you support TPD registration for the European market?

Some of our models already carry TPD certification under our standard brand. However, since OEM demands vary by flavor, packaging, and nicotine content, standard registrations often do not match.
Once the order is confirmed, we will assist you in applying for TPD certification in your target country under your company's name.
