• Each individual product is enclosed in a single package box.
• Each small box contains 10 packs.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Time: Approximately 2-3 days for samples after payment confirmation. For bulk orders, the lead time is 7-20 days post-payment.
• Shipping Duration: Takes between 5 to 9 days depending on the target destination country.
• Import Charges: Any import duties, charges, or fees are the buyer's sole responsibility.
• Note: Deliveries to certain remote areas may require an additional 1-3 business days.

How to Order

• Specify the model and preferred quantity. Get the latest pricing quotation.
• Confirm transaction details and reach a trading agreement. The order Proforma Invoice (PI) will be shared.
• Arrange your payment. Upon receiving confirmation, goods will be prepared and shipped promptly.

After-Sales Service

• The vape pen electronic cigarette features a 12-month warranty post-shipment, excluding factors resulting from human damage.
• All products undergo strict quality checks before packing to ensure the defect rate remains below 1%.
• Should any defects occur during transport or due to improper usage, replacement units will be provided in your next order. If defective units exceed 1%, they must be returned for comprehensive replacements.
• The buyer covers return shipping fees, and the seller handles shipping for replacement items.

Payment Options

Payment terms: 100% payment for small orders; 30% deposit with 70% balance due before shipping for bulk orders.
