What is the expected lead time?
For sample orders, it takes 3-5 days to deliver via DHL. For bulk products under 3000 pcs, it takes approximately 10-20 days depending on the shipping method. We also welcome 1-piece orders for testing purposes.
Can I customize the color of the housings? Are there extra costs?
Yes, you can choose custom colors. The MOQ for custom colors is 2000 pcs without any extra charges.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limit?
There is no MOQ for sample orders, though we recommend ordering 3-5 pcs to evaluate the quality. For bulk orders requiring custom product designs and packaging, the MOQ is 1000 pcs.
Can I request a preproduction sample before placing a formal order?
Yes, samples can be provided for evaluation at any time, with the freight cost covered by the buyer.

What are the payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance settled before shipping. Other negotiable payment terms can also be discussed.
