About OEM/ODM Projects
If I want to make a completely new design disposable vape, can you help me with the design as well as production? And what is the cost?
Answer: We support customers in ODM projects. OEM is a brand new design, which means there is no identical product on the market, reducing direct competition. As a factory, we welcome customers to cooperate with us to develop ODM projects.
To support customers in developing new e-cigarette styles, we offer a low minimum quantity and competitive mold cost. If an agreement is reached, we can share the mold cost. Please contact us to discuss the details.
Warranty
Warranty period: 12 months. If the vape pod does not work or has quality issues, we support a free replacement or refund.
Payment Terms
We support TT bank transfers, Western Union, WISE, Moneygram, and Alipay. Small orders require 100% payment in advance. Large wholesale orders require a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% balance paid before shipment.
Shipment Terms
- We offer door-to-door shipping services, where customers do not need to handle customs clearance for most countries. Our shipping channels manage import-related details, so you only need to await delivery. Our sales team oversees the entire order process and remains in communication until delivery.
- If you have an assigned shipping forwarder in China, we will deliver the package to your forwarder's Chinese warehouse free of charge.
